@engineering_bae I have been on LinkedIn coming on a decade and have found that connecting with others allows you to DM freely without using credits and is great if it someone you feel you will do business with in future, as well as friends.
@agilewhitegirl I find that there’s not enough Agile merch out there. Now I just scour the internet and see if I find something. @agileforhumans has some cool stuff that I purchased recently.
I find it interesting the amount of pushback I got on my learning about creating a psychologically safe team environment. We're all humans with basic need for security. If that isn't being met at work, folks can't thrive. It's not babysitting. It's human decency.
