My first issue with Air France started before my holiday even began.

One of my checked bags didn’t arrive in Lagos with me. I waited about 10 days to receive it, leaving me without essential belongings during my trip.

No passenger should have to start a holiday like this.

I trusted Air France with my family’s belongings, and this has been one of the most frustrating travel experiences I’ve had.

✈️ My baggage was delayed flying to Lagos for 10days .
✈️ It was delayed again returning to the UK for two days.
🧳 My suitcase was badly damaged.
📦 Some of my belongings went missing.
📄 I provided photos and supporting documents, but my claim was still rejected.

Passengers deserve better service, communication, and accountability.

I’m sharing my experience so others can make informed travel decisions.
