@Microsoft everything about administering my son’s #Xbox is a real clunky experience. Like it was built on Windows NT 🤦🏻 Only able to add funds in chunky increments is also a complete con. Expected so much better from MSFT in the digital eCommerce era.

To say reinstall is poor, nobody has these problems with Amazon, Spotify and many other apps. (Except Sainsburys, also rubbish!) It’s simply weak development of the BA app.

Honestly, what is the point trying to buy gig tickets these days? More expensive, time consuming and hassle than it’s worth.
No VPN, on laptop (not Apple), cleared cookies etc…wait 40 mins…only to get this.

@nectar Done that and still crashing on login. All this time sunk, can’t I just get all Nectar benefits in the @sainsburys app like I used to? Look at Boots, everything is in the one app.
@nectar soon I will have to go through tediumto ‘unlock’ nectar prices, whereas now they are just there in the @sainsburys app. No explanation as to why change?? A change that seems to have NO BENEFIT for the customer, just inconveniences them. Maybe @Tesco is a better option?

@TWellsCouncil did someone wake up and think “let’s do all of the years roadworks in the next 4 weeks”?! It’s ridiculous recently, and seemingly little organisation. Roads closed with no warning or diversions. Is the poor work experience kid in charge of planning? 😩
I had to reset password and use another device last night. I have reinstalled app but not working, so now been told to reset password again. It’s a UX car crash.
@sainsburys yet again your app is up the swanny with login not working. Pls ask your head of dev @ qa to have a very strong word with themselves. This happens too often with your app, never with other apps.
