A tempo traveller skidded near Rohtang Pass on 16 June 2025.

Swift response by the Indian Army, GREF, police and medical teams led to the rescue of 15 passengers. One woman, who was brought to the nearby Indian Army camp without a pulse, was successfully revived through CPR. Several critically injured individuals were also stabilised.

Heartfelt condolences to the families of the two passengers who tragically lost their lives in the accident.
