Fact checking/documenting unprofessional conduct from MI lawyer Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz @LegalRevolution, Moise Law PLLC, XYZ Creative (not in compliance)
From Arianna Laureano's Facebook reel (https://t.co/2TyrYcJ7Fy): Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz throws punches, shouts what sounds like "You want gunfire?"
She yells "I HAVE A GUN!" Sounds like she taunts them for their "pussy" mace.
"I'M GONNA KILL THE FUCK! I'M GONNA KILL YOU!"
So Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz called for "more people...to be punched in the mouth," as "the internet allows cowards to talk shit they wouldn't be able to back up IRL."
She did "talk shit," then admitted fault and said she "can't" "keep [her] cool."
I'm not justifying violence.
@autogampegg@legaltweetz I honestly can't tell. Now I hear that when I listen to it. I went back and forth between "gunfire" and "gun fight," but at least the "I have a gun" and "I'm gonna kill you" parts were clear.

@Tommy4Trump420@illegal_tweeter@legaltweetz@LegalRevolution "He" (Hendrix is a woman) can't say whatever she wants without consequence. Incitement, true threats, fighting words, defamation, fraud, and certain other forms of speech aren't protected by the woke 1A. If she wishes to remain a lawyer, she must adhere to standards of conduct.
@Reksted@legaltweetz "To be entitled to use self-defense as justification for your actions, the force you used must not have been more than necessary. The force must be reasonable."

Was it?
I didn't say that "support[ing] trans" "give[s] you the right to assault people."
@Tommy4Trump420@legaltweetz I've posted multiple clips, including ones of someone throwing what appears to be water on her. I wasn't involved in the incident, nor have I justified, promoted, or celebrated violence toward her. No need to get angry at and make assumptions about me.

@legaltweetz What footage shared by Ari Laureano seems to show of "how it started": he, Hendrix Moise, & Leta Boylan were on a bench in Cal Anderson Park.
There's discussion over who they're filming.
Hendrix yells at/taunts people.
Someone throws water on her. She stands up & attacks them.
This is getting repetitive, but Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz@LegalRevolution endorsed physical violence toward people who "talk shit they wouldn't be able to back up IRL."
I haven't endorsed violence or said she faked the assault but am questioning her narrative of the incident.
I've had water thrown at me before. It was mildly annoying but didn't cause harm. I responded with laughter. If I'd physically attacked the person, I'd have escalated the situation. Not what I wanted.
Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz admitted fault and said she "can't" keep her cool.

@Murnettie@legaltweetz The liquid could have been something other than water. I assume if it was a harmful substance she would have mentioned that by now.
I haven't said she "deserved it." She escalated the situation significantly and is misrepresenting it to her audience.

Arianna Laureano @ApostateAri@Transphobe01 stands by calmly filming himself and tells someone what his hat says as his good friend Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz@LegalRevolution gets up from the ground to continue fighting with people, then screams that she's going to kill them.
@legaltweetz Now the story is that Ari Laureano, Hendrix Moise, and Leta Boylan were just "being gay and conservative and walking through the park." They were "lynched"?
Seems they were sitting down to smoke/vape and film, discussing who they were filming, exchanging words, and it escalated.
Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz on being "almost killed": "Homicide will be pursuing this. I will be not leave King's County prosecutor office alone until something is done about my almost murder. If it weren't for the police showing up I would be very dead."
"Attempted murder."
Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz@LegalRevolution: "I was maced to death."
Fact check: she does not appear to have been "maced to death," unless she was resurrected. She has labeled herself as "Trans Jesus"/"Trans Judas," so I suppose I must take that possibility into consideration.
Someone who's personally known Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz for around 15 years commented, "Not sure why Homicide got involved, but as a former prosecutor and retired criminal defense attorney, I can say that your case has no business being investigated as an attempted homicide."
@ApostateAri@Transphobe01 The @ApostateAri suspension was for "posting or sharing privately produced/distributed intimate media of someone without their express consent."
Arianna Laureano shared a photo of naked people without their consent and was suspended. He frames this as X "protect[ing] pedos."
Arianna Laureano's @ApostateAri account was just permanently suspended while I was searching through his videos of him showing off his firearms ("007 Troon Slayer"), using the trans flag for target practice, etc. Here are two of them for reference.
The notification X sent out says that Arianna Laureano's @ApostateAri account was suspended for violating their "exposing private info" rule. He has other accounts, including @Transphobe01, so I don't expect he'll stop being active on this platform.

"Words never justify violence," Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz says.
What happened to "more people need to be punched in the mouth" because of...words? Does that only apply to others?
Pointing out Moise's hypocrisy does not equate to cheering on or justifying violence against her.
@Reksted@legaltweetz That's your assessment of the situation. As I said, I'll leave it to the authorities to adjudicate.
If there's footage of her drawing a firearm in this situation, I'd like to see it.

Well-known "elder gay" and renowned gay rights activist Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz thinks it's "good" that this was reportedly "the most 'homophobic' LGBTQ pride month so far."
She doesn't "even wants to be gay anymore," "quit being gay," and views being gay as "embarrassing."
Hendrix Moise @legaltweetz: "I've changed more minds as a gay person by simply being myself than I ever could by demanding compulsory participation in Pride."
