@interiordefine @ABC7Chicago Ordered in April couch has been at the port since 7/26. The only success I had in reaching someone was to act like I was placing a new order. This is a terrible feeling. Has anybody received an order?

@interiordefine my couch has been at the port since July. Why will it not be unloaded until Jan? You are not meeting your commitment to me with your time line. Please be transparent to your customers.
