Our HR team didn't negotiate a contract with UMICH Health so our only option this year is BCBS, which means $200 out of each of my paychecks. So our costs have gone up $300 a month while our income has been cut in half.
And I feel like one of the panhandlers on a corner.
Progress and Frustration
Joe was cleared to WALK a 5K last Sunday. It was a planned (and already paid for) family event. We are so grateful that Joe could walk with us.

Meanwhile funds are running low again, as our escrow payment increased by a $100 a month this month, and I just found out starting next month I will have to pay out of pocket for insurance premiums
I can feel the clock ticking as Joe's job is only guaranteed if he can be back to work before his FMLA ends in July.
Joe's frustrated because he feels fine, but has all these restrictions and can't fully communicate his frustrations and needs.

Progress is slowing down, but even more frustrating is the lack of timely communication between the doctors, therapists and insurance company. Joe's rehab will now be delayed by at least a week.
@creek_moose@CanadianPenny1 Looking handsome guys! Sadly, we don't have bammer jammers for Canada Day for our pups. I have no idea what our excuse is, we live right next door in Michigan and go there at least 4-5 times a year. Will have to remedy this soon!
