@airindiain When can we expect the refunds for the cancellations done via chat service and phone call? Also we will get full refunds because we cancelled within 24 hours window?? Also cancellation emails sent to e-commerce are considered valid cancellation method right??

Now we are looking for options to cancel the SFO flight but we can’t find anything. 24X7 customer care is busy and the chat service is not moving down.
