[Helen Smith @SmithCookie]

@ThreeUKSupport I have the phone back unrepaired. So disappointed in the customer service from @SamsungHelpUK and seems this is not unusual

[Helen Smith @SmithCookie]

@ThreeUKSupport returned in due course.

[Helen Smith @SmithCookie]

@ThreeUKSupport purchase that the phone was less than 2 years old, which I did and was advised that this was excepted and the phone would be

[Helen Smith @SmithCookie]

@ThreeUKSupport away for 10 days to return it unrepaired as there is a scratch on the casing. I was asked by Samsung to provide proof of

[Helen Smith @SmithCookie]

@ThreeUKSupport to be told that it wasn't three's problem and "That's what phones do" so took the issue to @samsunghelpUK who took the phone

[Helen Smith @SmithCookie]

@ThreeUKSupport Got the phone under a new contract at the end of July. Phone keeps restarting and GPS doesn't work. Went into a Three store

[Helen Smith @SmithCookie]

Can't believe the appaling service from @SamsungUK @samsunghelpuk regarding my new Galaxy S7 phone. So disappointed with my @ThreeUK buy.
