First fall sports interview is in the books. The Baxter football team has a roster of 20 but 15 of them are freshmen or sophomores. JR Colten Damman and SO Cooper Smith are the returning starters and SO Miles McCord will be a big part of this year's team, too. #iahsfb

The Baxter boys track and field won the ISC meet for the 2nd straight season. The Bolts won the 4x800 relay. Carter Smith won the discus with a career-best 151-1, which is 10th in Class 1A. #iahstrk

Baxter boys and girls win the Iowa Star Conf track meet tonight. 4 meet records! Great night to be a BOLT!

The Baxter boys track and field team goes 17 deep. The Bolts are led by 2024 state qualifiers Matt Richardson, Logan Rainsbarger and Max Handorf. Carter Smith also should have a big year in throwing events and second-year head coach Ryan Hermes expects a few others to shine.
