Happily displaced American in the UK & unabashed geek for so many things in life- family, friends, music, travel, and all things Property Mgmt, training, & IT
@Stickmansean@bechillcomedian Agreed! An empty platform and train are remarkably eerie to see, especially at a normal time of day.
So far, apparently I can never leave 🤣
@SarikVaster @bader_diedrich It's fine if you ask for it but I agree its troubling if the implication is that it's for your enjoyment. It's different if it's a joint gift from his parents to both of you.
@Kthulhu42 @cassymuronaka @bader_diedrich I always loved when my ex in-laws would get him things like snowboards and clothes but would get me pans and silverware. 🙄😡
@bader_diedrich My ex once bought me a handheld vacuum for my birthday. While it wasn't the only downfall in the relationship, let's just say that was the last of my birthdays we spent together... #strawthatbrokethecamelsback
It's not that they need to know the term but more about recognising the option. It's the #btr sector's responsibility to show them a better lifestyle. Even in the US, consumers rarely know the term "#multifamily" unless they've been in the industry. https://t.co/0BC0A3uaHg
@garius This moved me beyond words and I'm a bit misty. We all have that one voice we wish we could hear even just one more time. Thank you for sharing this story of kindness and humanity amid all of the chaos around us. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas.
@ResiRichard Oh, she is lovely, Richard. Congratulations to your family. Sending wishes for all the health and happiness precious little Clementine can ever dream of.
@JustinShee@FT Justin, your passion and voice are so important for awareness about intergenerational living. Well done- good to see you reaching the larger audience!
@AshleyPerryUK@aknotay Loads of water, if you do nap, don't go longer than an hour. Walking outside always helped me or, if you can, go for a swim. Helps relax the muscles.
