You would know that if you actually read peoples complaints.

@discord_support @privv_ceylan Problem is not many people like or use the support website since its also designed horribly, and only makes annoying changes seem like less of an issue since few people use it unless they have an actual issue.

If they want feedback on peoples opinions, they are getting it here.
