@ZARA_Care still waiting for a refund d since December I would advise not to purchase from Zara they are a nightmare to deal with don't reply for weeks on end when they do they say wait 48 hours for a response that time goes by and still no response

@ZARA_Care my item was returned over 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a refund. I've been messaging on WhatsApp and I keep getting told to wait 48 hours wait another 48 Hours wait until the 10/03 We're now on the 11/3 and I'm still waiting for a refund. What is going on?
