8 years ago I opened my door to the pained face of a @policescotland officer who came to tell me my daughter was dead. Police Scotland are working with @NSPLG_Scot to help prevent these devastating impacts of suicide. We are #UnitedToPreventSuicide ❤️🎈@LoveLeigh_Comm

@Jolly_76 @martin_compston Haha, nice
I was walking down sauchiehall street and smiled at my ‘friend’ Toni Collette….she smiled and waved and said ‘hi’. We both walked past each other and then turned back realising we didn’t know each other, and laughed 😂

@LisaRob02010998 @drlouisenewson The general advice is that you move to continuous HRT a year after your last period. The continuous progesterone is needed to keep a healthy womb. I’d always advise getting professional guidance as everyone is a little different and can tolerate (or not) different hormones/types

[Jacque Smith @SmithyJacq]

I wish everyone the love & comfort they need in 2024. Since changing to continuous HRT I’ve been feeling worryingly low and today I spoke to a doctor at @drlouisenewson clinic. The relief is real. She showed me such care and kindness. Thank you. #menopause #hrt

@MaximeInnocens @drlouisenewson Thank you. I was ok on the sequential too….we think it’s the progesterone. Few ideas to try out now. I really have been feeling awful. Sending love to you.

I’ve just met with the most inspirational young adults, Nathan, Lucy (Amelia we will meet soon!) and I am blown away by their empathy, compassion and kindness. You should all be very proud, I am. Thank you for everything….mostly for being you ❤️🎈

Placing the right people, in the right place at the right time.

Congratulations to all involved.

@Dr_BellaR I run a kindness charity and we send out kindness packs…..they contain different things for different people….self care, fun, children’s books etc. The last one I sent was for a cancer patient in Australia. Sending you love and healing ❤️

4 years ago tomorrow I took on a project in the NE as 50% of my role. Today we had our first meet as the #suicideprevention team which now has seven staff members. Incredible to see how much this work has grown & brilliant collaborative working across the region

[Jacque Smith @SmithyJacq]

Big news!! Chris has won the court case against CS Magazine and it’s writers. A huge sign of relief! A win against online bullying and harassment. Hopefully will see less trolling as a result 🤞
