@AsdaServiceTeam Hello, I was wrongly charged £47.50 for my delivery pass. Spoke to two people in customer services who informed me I’d be refunded, however still waiting. Please can this be looked at? Thankyou in advance
@bandq_help I have a b&q account, however my app is saying it has been closed due to low activity. It won’t let me checkout as a guest and I have also used my card recently. When I try and make a new account it says the email already registered. Please can you help? Thankyou
