I cannot believe @vrbo. I have tried for months to cancel a booking we had to Ireland that was booked pre COVID. @Airbnb was a joy and an ease to cancel and get refunds. VRBO has been a NIGHTMARE. Dozens of calls and chats. Still NOTHING! Don't use @vrbo to book anything!
