I would like to nominate by friend Joe Taylor for the Browns +23 over Carolina. Die hard Browns fan who just a great guy. We sell lumber and we call him the plumber at work. Let’s go Browns
When we ran out of civil rights to pursue, we started making up new ones instead. And that delusion has created a new mental health epidemic in America: the trans cult.
The fact this aired on @cnn is big. Many of us have been saying all this for years. The MIT, Penn & Harvard presidents inability to condemn calls for Jewish genocide feels like major tipping point in collapse of diversity, inclusion & the woke mind virus.
TRUTH.
1. God is real.
2. There are two genders.
3. Human flourishing requires fossil fuels.
4. Reverse racism is racism.
5. An open border is no border.
6. Parents determine the education of their children.
7. The nuclear family is the greatest form of governance known to mankind.
8. Capitalism lifts people up from poverty.
9. There are three branches of the U.S. government, not four.
10. The U.S. constitution is the strongest guarantor of freedoms in history.
.@MIT students and faculty want Kornbluth out. @EliseStefanik, I would encourage you to reach out to Liyam, a MIT PhD student, and @RetsefL , a member of MIT’s faculty, for insights about what is happening on campus.
The video of Liyam’s speech is from today at the New England Holocaust memorial in Boston.
@VivekGRamaswamy I love you! You are speaking love into the universe! I hope you win. Standing up the machine is going to be challenging. Find the courage to stay the course. Love is the way. God Bless America
The fact that “Putin is bad” doesn’t mean Ukraine is good. Here’s the TRUTH about the Zelensky regime:
- Banned 11 opposition parties
- Recently assassinated a 2019 Ukrainian Presidential candidate
- Consolidated all TV media into a single state TV media entity
- Recently banned the Ukrainian Orthodox Church
- Threatened not to hold elections unless the U.S. forks over more money
- Called “an autocrat” by the current mayor of Kyiv
- One of the worst records on Earth for government corruption
As Charlie Munger of blessed memory advised: “Invert, always invert,” i.e, turn a situation or a problem upside down to better understand and solve it.
So, let’s assume Presidents Gay, Kornbluth, and Magill were available, would any university in the world hire them as president?
The answer of course is no.
Why then should they remain presidents of the most prestigious universities in America?
With this simple thought experiment, we have the answer.
They all have to go.
Hours ago, @RabbiWolpe resigned from the @Harvard antisemitism task force set up by President Gay.
The Rabbi, a visiting scholar at the Harvard Divinity School, was one of the eight initial members of the task force.
He explains:
“the short explanation is that both events on campus and the painfully inadequate testimony reinforced the idea that I cannot make the sort of difference I had hoped.”
He also notes that:
“I believe Claudine Gay to be both a kind and thoughtful person.”
I can’t imagine a more powerful indictment of Harvard’s current leadership in the coded but gentle words of a member of the clergy.
In essence, Rabbi Wolpe is saying that antisemitism at Harvard cannot be addressed under current leadership and without significant structural changes at the university which cannot happen with President Gay in charge.
Rabbi Wolpe explains the structural sources of antisemitism at Harvard, which are worth a careful read.
I hope that the Harvard Corporation board is in the midst of an emergency session working through interim leadership planning and a public statement.
President Gay needs to step down now or be removed by the board.
It appears that @Penn is a day or so away from an announcement to that effect.
