Hello - My bag has been delayed from Sofia to Palermo since August 27 (PIR Reference: SOFW619757). 
Bag tag number: W6836208

I have contacted Goldair Handling daily in Sofia and each time I was assured the bag was placed on a flight to Palermo, but it was never loaded.
Because my vacation is now over and I am returning to the USA today, the delivery address must be updated internationally. Please instruct Goldair to immediately dispatch my bag to my home address in the United States. Any of the following three local airports can be used for final delivery routing:
 Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)
 Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)
 Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
Please provide a tracking update and a confirmed international courier/airline forwarding airway bill number immediately.

@WizzAir Day 6 and still no bag. This is SO disappointing. I fear I’ll never see my stuff again because I return to the USA soon. Please direct Goldair handling to put my bag on WizzAir W64313 SOF->PMO at 11:35 today. There have been several flights that my bag could have been on.

@WizzAir My checked bag didn’t make it from TIA to SOF on my TIA→SOF→PMO itinerary. PIR # SOFW619757 filed in Sofia on 27-AUG. I’m now in Palermo with no bag. Please advise on status/delivery. Please deliver to Palermo airport asap. This is URGENT because my medication supply is in the lost bag.
