Cameron Heights Collegiate Institute in Kitchener will be closed today - May 30, 2024 - as police investigate a threat of violence that has been reported.

We are working with school board officials and will release more information when available.

St. Mary’s High School also remains closed today.

Today in one small group we worked on spelling words using the sounds we know. We even did a few extras and the students were able to create new words by changing the medial phoneme. So much growth since I started using UFLI and a structured literacy approach @UFLiteracy
