Crazy @Enterprise @enterprisecares would rather cancel a reservation than to find another location who can accommodate a long standing customer. Poor customer service on their part! I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again!

@enterprise_heIp I was in the DM! No help was offered. The only thing that was offered was to cancel the reservation. Not once did anyone ask if another location can be checked for availability. I mentioned it and that was ignored. So contacting via DM will not make a difference.

@Enterprise 3rd reservation and another issue! It's lovely being called the day of to be told that there is no car available! But yet I cant cancel my reservation in the app! I seriously will no longer rent from you ever again. Long standing customer of almost 20 years!

@ATTHelp My phone says emergency calls only in the top left corner and when I try to make a call it says my phone isnt registered to any network! I reset the mobile network, turned airplane mode on and off, turned my esim on and off and restarted my phone multiple times.

@Enterprise what is the purpose of reserving a rental well in advance just to be called and asked if i would be ok with a sedan. Well no! That is NOT what I reserved silly! My last rental a month ago was also an issue! I gave yall the benefit of the doubt! For no reason!
