Today we would have been attending @transpridebrighton but due to health issues and moving house we couldnt do it.BUT. We are there in spirit.

The trans community faces hatred , bigotry, abuse, murders and discrimination. The LGB community faced this 30 years ago.

DISGUSTING customer services @bmstores Raise inferior quality as a concern to customer services. Point out the "gesture of goodwill" is an insult for 5 days of pain, time and inconvenience. Their tone changes and they become quite obstructive. #poorcustomerservices #poorservice

Only then on day 4 do they think the item should be quality checked. Demanding the item be sent back to head office. Failing to answer any issues raised in emails. Imagine if a less mobile person or someone with a circulatory condition had used these. @bmstores
