Last November I did two things on record
A) Confirmed a BTC bull and made the biggest investment of my life in alts while they were still at bear lows.

B) That my biggest non big cap bag was SUPER.

Since super has gone .08 to $2. A clean 20x.

It’s EXPECTED OF YOU to drink at least 100ml of pure alcohol

Enough to

• Completely shut down your fat metabolising system
• Disrupt or potentially ruin your sleep
• Spend your hard earned money on something you don’t remember
• Steal tomorrow’s happiness in exchange for regret & anxiety
• Long term plummet to a low baseline mood or potentially depression
• Build a dependance on your confidence to a substance
• Slowly destroy your liver
• Make embarrassing, or even life-altering decisions

And many more problems

People will say ‘chill out just enjoy yourself’

I don’t see what’s to enjoy about losing control, slurring, wasting life, money, time, joy

For something you regret the next morning EVERY time

People can’t think past short term pleasure any more

We live in a dopamine-depleted society

Letting others you don't aspire to become influence you will not just keep you the same, but even drag you down

You are pulled back in for doing anything different to 'normal'

This is the crabs in the bucket small town narrow-mind mentality

You can still go out, have fun, do shit, meet new people, make memories

Have the exact same night without any of the downfalls

The night won’t 'be boring if you don’t drink' cos everyone else will still drink

You can let people drink for you and just zone into their vibe

Better yet you can find better ways to spend your evenings and weekends with people who actually want to create positive change and impact to society

than some rotty bars with other people trying to escape their life

out to pick up these kind of women

I wanna be in suits, flying across the world, making deals, insane body, highest calibre guys, a beautiful woman, doing shit no one else is

Not a regular at 'Friday club'

There is a whole other life to live on the other side of sobriety

99% will never get to experience it because alcohol keeps them at the same level forever

Never advancing your own frontiers through creation, exploration, appreciation of this great world

Another weekend
Another short term decision
Another hangover
Another opportunity to make a change wasted
Another year round the hamster wheel of your life

Guys in their 20s and 30s are in denial

You wanna 'have beers with the boys' and also make shit happen

You aren’t smart enough to get a great body, build a business, create a great life whilst drinking

You will stay

- with the same life
- in the same place (geographically or metaphorically)
- the same habits
- the same lack of drive, determination, will to go make big shit happen for yourself

There is no time

These are the golden years

Unless you’re an average NPC happy to die doing nothing remarkable
Unless you'd settle for being these guys

Cut that shit

Same goes for weed

Loser drugs

Makes you fat, poor, sad

I’ve seen way too many people lose their potential to alcohol

And even worse lose their life

Drinking isn’t a 'normal thing’

It’s fucking stupid if you have any ambition to change from your current state to something more

Whether you come to this realisation now or in 30 years when you look back at the waste of this short life

That’s your choice

But you have a sign here now by coming across this post

Now is your time to take control of your life
Now is your time to make something happen for yourself before it’s too late

Put down the bottle, get in the gym
