BREAKING: AG Todd Blanche locked down Fulton County, PA Dominion electronic voting machines that showed proof of foreign involvement from the 2020 election.

The lawsuit showed a Canadian IP, unauthorized scripts, extra USBs, and an extra machine, right as they were about to go back to Dominion.

Attorney Peter Ticktin says he flagged it and Blanche moved fast. Courts already tossed the county's case. Now the hardware is the story and what matters most.

These come from Fulton County's 2022 breach-of-contract suit against Dominion, attached forensic work, from Speckin, and related reports.

The federal case was dismissed, "standing/contract issues." The county was separately sanctioned for letting outsiders image the equipment after a court order barred it.

- Post-2020 anomalies and difficulty reconciling voter data with tabulated votes.

- Machines allegedly failed 2019 Pennsylvania certification conditions.

- J. Alex Halderman's work, which was cited in the suit, ICX software vulnerabilities that, with physical or remote access, could allow malicious software. The suit said those issues were not fully mitigated at the time.

- Unauthorized USB/external drives inserted with no approved inventory, so later compromise could not be ruled out.

- Substantial file changes after install, including hundreds of .dll files and new links / unauthorized scripts, a post-certification Python script was specifically alleged.

- An external IP tied to Quebec, Canada, 172.102.16.22, found in logs on the Adjudication01 workstation, described as evidence the device had connected to an outside network, contrary to certification rules that systems stay isolated.

- Outdated Windows Defender, dated to July 2016, with no updates, leaving the systems exposed to later malware.

- Claim of an extra unauthorized machine in use.
