@todoist I have been having an issue with annual subscription. Raised a ticket (835031) and no response in >1 day. Last time for a similar issue (797273) it took a half a month + to close. Is this the new norm for support. can we speed up the open ticket please?

@atherenergy tried charger at Phoenix MarketCity Bangalore.Wasn't working though showing as available in app.2 days later,app still shows Charging without allowing me to stop.Customer care says 24-48 hrs TAT.What if I was in an Ather scooter with 5% charge!Stuck for up to 2 days!

@Mahindra_Thar I'd asked my dealership for Radiator Protection grille (AT00245) to cover radiator which is low on the #newThar. Been a couple of weeks and part hasn't come. Would be great if you can help as I need to travel on the 23rd Dec, and needed this fixed prior. @GoenkaPk
