No you are not, I had a 3gb installation on 28th March and the 3Gb port is still not working. The support ticket has been closed, wtf? I have both @BT @virginmedia FTTP 1GB and their installations worked flawlessly.

@MissBrennan8 @sallyephillips @tweetsomemoore Around 40 years I meet someone with several phsyical disabilites who said "I want to walk down these steps and I know I can do it but they will not let me can you help me and catch me if I fall?".
My friends and I did and he struggled to even lift his legs but got down 12 steps!

@sallyephillips @BBCBreakfast @oxygenfreejump Would someone from @BritGymnastics like to comment? If the advice they are given is wrong how are they contacting ALL these type of places to correct their advice and make sure each place understands the current position?

@sallyephillips @BBCBreakfast @oxygenfreejump My understanding from the BBC story is that @oxygenfreejump are following advice from British Gymnastics so they are trying to do the right thing but being given wrong advice. @oxygenfreejump and @BritGymnastics get together and sort this out NOW!
