Sand ⏳
An element that has been under my feet my whole life. I have documented its patterns and intricacies out of love and creativity for a long time without purpose.
Living in the South West of WA, our environment is mainly shaped by granite, limestone, and vast forests. The closest sand dune system is a six-hour drive away. Because of this, I've never really had the chance to explore one, especially not with my camera.
This year, I decided to focus on this experience at a location I've admired from a distance for over a decade in passing, during my travels. I wanted to see what I could capture through my lens and do my best to convey its beauty.
Here is the first release of a collection that will evolve much like sand does when within proximity with other pieces.

@walasavagephoto I was in Iceland once during the summertime, so it wasn’t dark enough to see the auroras but I swear I felt it in the sky one night. Didn’t capture it for proof, but stand by the fact I experienced them.
