@ashside @DFWAirport @British_Airways @iah Only one gate at DFW is big enough for plane. Another plane had technical issues at the gate, so we were stuck. We are pulling up at the gate now, 2+ hours after landing in Dallas. Over 18 hours for this 8 hour flight....

@kennethjarecke We waited 2 hours at the gate in Heathrow, got diverted to Houston where we spent 3 1/2 hours refueling and waiting to take off. Landed at DFW at 10:40. Still on the tarmac waiting for a gate. Unacceptable.
