@KLM to protect company profits didn’t inform me after queuing for 2 hours that I could cancel my onward flight, as it was delayed by 7 hours and rebook with a non afffiliated airline. After going back to the desk they admitted to not wanting to book me on easyjet. POOR.

@HSBC_UK so I sign up for a banking offer. And call you to see if it’s going through, and you tell me I should get it within 50 days of account opening. Only to call back and have your switching team tell me that I missed out because I didn’t switch over properly. Wrong!

The problem is that one of your team assured me that I had met the criteria. Only for another member to say later on, (a few weeks later) that I hadn’t and that now it was too late. As I had to switch two direct debits in 30 days. and only one had gone through
