@JetBlue With two kids under 6 how can we be expected to sit and wait in the airport? We were told there weren’t even any loaners to be offered which is very surprising. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes now still waiting to speak with someone on the phone.

@VerizonSupport I receive a monthly credit adjustment for a billing error when I renewed my subscription. I'm notified each month of the recurring adjustment and December was quoted 20 out of 24
