🚨 SYSTEMIC HDFC DEBIT CARD FRAUD ALERT🚨
On Oct 3, 9:15 AM, my @HDFCBank_Cares Visa Platinum Debit Card lost 1.08L to "Dreamplug Paytech (CRED)" POS transaction. The bank closed my case (Ref: 83156751), claiming OTP completed transaction makes me liable.
I NEVER SHARED THE OTP/PIN ! and No phishing or malware was found on my mobile after Cyber Cell investigation and Apple Support diagnostic.
This isn't an isolated incident—it's a WIDESPREAD PATTERN of fraud exploiting a potential systemic vulnerability:
Victim Profile: HDFC Salary A/C, HDFC Visa Platinum Debit Card.
Fraud Mode: POS transactions
Tactic: OTP received, but funds debited in milli-seconds, indicating the OTP was compromised before my authorization, or the system was bypassed.
Other Cases: Users reported 2.34 L debited after an unauthorized limit increase, and 1.6L and 28,785 to PhonePe, all without sharing the OTP and 10+ victims details are collected through social media posts.
Why is @HDFCBank_Cares ignoring the pattern & systemic failure? We demand a thorough investigation into the security of the VBV/OTP process and a refund under RBI Zero Liability rules for third-party breaches.

So @Swiggy is a master of deceit. I had a food order that was supposed to be delivered at 10 Pm. And guess what being a Swiggy one member I should get timely deliveries. But no. I got it at 10:45pm. One would wonder why. Because Swiggy grouped the orders.
When contacted @SwiggyCares with the concern their automated reply is we cannot help you if you received cold food because of our planning inefficiency (pun intended). I just want to know why should I have cold food because of your incapabilities. And is this customer service?

When we're booking a ticket and cancelling it, we pay a cancellation fee and that is fine.
But when IRCTC is unable to offer a seat and cancels a waitlisted ticket, in that case too, they charge a fee of 60 rupees. How is this not illegal

@Swiggy has gone crazy. Charging whatever platform fee they feel like in addition to the bogus rain fee when there isn't a single drop of rain in the area. Waiting for @rapidobikeapp to start their delivery service and @SwiggyCares will realise how they have lost their customers.
I am a zepto daily customer which means that all my orders above 99 should be free. And the zepto cash should over that, it shouldn't be xyz zepto cash including free delivery. If that's how you wanna play don't provide free cash to mislead the customers. #zeptoscam
