Hi @Shopify you just took down 4 of my Shopify Payments stores. $2M/month processed, $1M in MRR frozen, 4.5+ Trustpilot across every brand. 7+ years on Shopify, all green flags, never had an issue before — and now this with zero explanation.

Support not helping a bit. Can someone please take a look?
