Finally after 4Days of protest we got our psychiatrist for our son, Conor, just to be told soon after that both the SLT and OT are on maternity leave and there’s no cover for them! Thank @AvistaCLG for never disappoint our expectations! @HSELive @DonnellyStephen @LeoVaradkar

We finally got offered a psychiatrist for Conor. The protest is "on hold" pending a timely review by the new psychiatrist.

@HSELive how is it that you care for Irish patients. You washed your hands of my child case, like a lost unwanted issue. He is a person! A 8 years old medicated child with severe and complex needs and he hasn’t being seen from CAHMS -ID form 6 Sep 22

If you’re dealing with Avista’s - former DoC - CAMHS team and you’re feeling anxious and frustrated every time they cancel/postpone/forget your appointments and ignore your emails and phone calls and treat you like 💩
