DO NOT shop with @PotteryBarnKids I tried to cancel an order within 24 hours. Was told I can’t cancel & would have to cancel when they call to schedule delivery, which I did. Well they withheld $406 for their “white glove delivery” for an item that was never delivered. Crooks.
