@JonathanBrash Scrap Council Tax and your/ labours stupid plan, but replace it with something fairer:
• Fixed household charge
• Occupancy element (service use)
• Low-income protections (discount)
• Regional high-value/HMO surcharge (as £500k means very different things across the UK).
