There are catch limits for groups like other-shellfish, defined to include echinoderms as starfish/ cucumbers or molluscs such as snails slugs, crustaceans such as shrimps etc. It's already enforceable to a degree.

Fisher funds are actively managed and better than average.

This would have doubled our GDP.

"Trump is done" in all caps with all of the exclamation marks.
