@SerenaTNZ@ponekeben Use your brain. Obviously people care or they wouldn't be complaining. High density town houses aren't selling. Developers are going bust because no one wants them at the price they were built and they prefer some more space.
@o_tonypaulsen31@nickofnz More education & retain the entrepreneurs we do educate who all head to Ausi.
Make NZ a better place to start& scale business. Business & personal tax incentives, startup & R&D grants, simpler small business law.
Housing reforms, student loan relief for staying& yes, tax reforms
@MargiStorii @TheZeitgeistNZ@SandeChin Rock pools are covered under catch-alls in the fisheries act. There are catch limits for groups like other-shellfish, defined to include echinoderms as starfish/ cucumbers or molluscs such as snails slugs, crustaceans such as shrimps etc. It's already enforceable to a degree.
@Melahi65919940@TheZeitgeistNZ 08004poacher
Yes there's a limit. It's on every MPI sign on most beaches gathering occurs, checkout the 'NZ fishing rules' app for all limits by region.
Do your part and take the rego's then ring the hotline.
@CivilSocietyNZ@totaraforest Most studies estimating this calculate 250B to 1T (eg. attempts by Milford Asset, Sam Stubbs, Brian Gaynor, Eric Frykberg). Theyre guessing at returns/contribution rates & economic conditions over the 50 years.
Fisher funds are actively managed and better than average.
@P0rtmanMichael@Blue91Red@JoJoFromJerz@WhiteHouse He speaks for the US, as embarrassing as it is. He makes all policy decisions with little to no political check or balance. Congress, the house, the courts, all under his control. He is the US for another 3 years should we survive that long.
@CivilSocietyNZ@totaraforest Ah, the great Muldoons greatest hit. It would be worth >$750B today, giving 250K per person at retirement. Even kiwisaver's $123B makes up a quarter of the country's GDP, starting 35 years later, with voluntary and lower contributions.
This would have doubled our GDP.
@ManuTri72159387@miniapeur If you were to nail the ring to the table on the right as it is currently stretched, then remove the 100N on that side, would it still be measuring 200N? No - it will still be measuring 100N.
@Chopstyx13@ClintVSmith Made any capital gain on those rentals? The average capital gain on rental properties nationally over the last 20 years is 6%pa, average rental return after expenses & tax is 2%.
@JoJoFromJerz It's a typically selfless thing to do from soneone who woukd legit win one. Give away (an essentially worthless) trinket that means something to you, to conjure a favour for your country.
@WambuaMakau8@P_Kallioniemi I like them too, and also what they stand for, just not how they stand for it so much lately. I watch a lot of MT and am often left empty and waiting for those facts that promised
"Trump is done" in all caps with all of the exclamation marks.
@bjschoelerman@krassenstein@JDVance Show me where that legally justifies lethal force. It specifically doesnt. Check your 4th amendment & case law.
