Special CP, L&O, Zone-I, Shri Devesh Srivastava, IPS, inaugurated the Kalka Das Police Booth & Arpit Gol Chakkar Police Booth to enhance public safety and improve access to police services.

The technology-enabled Integrated Facilitation Booths are equipped with CCTV, LED displays, Public Address System, computers & internet connectivity, providing assistance for complaints, FIRs, cyber complaints and other police services. A PCR vehicle will also be deployed for prompt emergency response.

The initiative reinforces anti-terror preparedness, surveillance and the safety of women, children & senior citizens while strengthening police-public partnership through smart, citizen-centric policing.
