@akathisiaalli@HighPointU Great question- the study in the review tested 1200 mg/day of B6 for only 5 days. Neurotoxicity with B6 has been reported with doses from 50-600 mg/day in people who have been taking it over months-years. The good news is that nerve symptoms seem to resolve upon stopping B6!
