@TheNewYorkPass Hi, Just purchased 4 day pass and downloaded it onto app. Confirmation email correctly states that pass runs from 27th June but the app shows 'expiry date' of 27th June. Any advice??

@ofgem Your FAQ's do not address the issue of customers who have already left Economy Energy, (I moved to EON in Nov), and have been trying to get credits refunded. I am owed around £400
