@MtarfaL If you speak to most civilians in the street they will never heard mention of the RFA, plenty of people may give it a go but you can't do a job you've never heard of I'm not surprised they have a crewing issue because you never hear about them apart from people who know about it

@Jordan_W_Taylor @JoeCassandra Because manufacturing is measured I worked with lots of companies in manufacturing and loved that aspect cost per part and machine utilisation leaves very little to hide but in marketing and HR I'm not so sure

@WHearnshaw This is such a non story I joined in 06 and quite a few people couldn't swim they had remedial training in their own time to learn and had to pass or could get back classed but they had about 4 weeks to learn
