@AmazonHelp how do I complain about your company trying to scam me I received a faulty item which I sent back but someone seems to have stolen it in your company I have proof of postage and delivery back to you but there refusing a refund
@AmazonHelp I’ve replied and got a generic someone will be in touch Amazon don’t care email.
Why is it Issy that you refuse to send me the link for your complaints policy is it that your refusing me my rights.
@AmazonUK don’t buy from these scammers they send defective items to customers then refuse refunds even though item was returned and signed for in their warehouse.

@AmazonHelp Again I want to complain that’s what I’m asking why is it your company doesn’t seem to want people to complain.
I’ve tried to get a resolution through these methods but been lied to with no help.
So I’ll ask again I want the link so I can start your company’s complaints process
