@ParchmentScroll@jojamDjango @carterhugo34 @chandra_vess Yikes chill you said you hadn't heard the apache reference before so i posted the original to provide context
@CaribbeanRoseee @Kolbie170 @k_ockout@anecalvodemora@tammieetc supplements can serve a lot of different purposes. there are at least 30 essential nutrients your body cannot produce on its own but needs to function. Certain vitamins (B) help break food down but you still get the same amount of energy regarless. nutrition=/=energy
@CaribbeanRoseee@k_ockout@anecalvodemora@tammieetc You said calories don't define energy which is the opposite of true. Calories are quite literally a unit of energy. and you said supplements can make up for caloric deficiencies which is also false. Kale is a superfood but it has almost no calories so it won't give u energy
@CaribbeanRoseee @Kolbie170 @k_ockout@anecalvodemora@tammieetc calories are a unit of energy. energy can be stored or released but not created. you can't just make up for it with supplements. vitamins and nutrients serve a completely different purpose and do not provide energy. You are spreading misinformation
@vkngang @waffpng@bratsxd@GoodReddit but that implies that the oldest person alive was only 1 month old? Maybe time is going backwards ridiculously fast. -120 years in a month chocks up to -4 years in a day . freaky..
idk im confused and afraid.
