ARTICLE 335 OF REVISED PENAL CODE talks about rape, stating in which if a woman were to be raped, her offender would be punishable by law, and in some instances, may be given a death penalty. ++

What’s worse, is that there are instances where a boy were to be raped and his offender, a woman. Yet, “ACCORDING TO THE LAW”, the woman is not held accountable and not punishable. Which I think is a clear injustice for us Filipinos. ++
