@CTVAtlantic They claim this is for road repair since EV don't use fuel, but hybrids use fuel and only have electric motor assist, which barely makes them more fuel efficient than a regular fuel engine. How can they tax a hybrid if they obviously don't understand how it works?

@VWcanada Instead it was written in small letters on a bill ...100kms later engine gone. There remedy? Bring it back at my cost for diagnosis..A simple phone call about a bad part when they had engine apart..too simple?

@nspowerinc I actually have a picture of the bill..and the next bill came and it's even worse!!! It's my father's house and we have just gotten him back in as of this past Friday. It's actually disgusting. New bill(He paid the last one) is double this time last year and he wasn't there!!!
