@Jonathan_PaulMD @Thomas_TuMD A very good point. We are in a spoke and hub type system and we were in a spoke. Similar to MCS, we had to decide whether to proceed quickly based on experience or chance waiting longer for transfer with large CIT. Thankfully the patient has done very well.
