@leftoblique I should also include that ADHD meds did not work well for me either. I got wild migraines on stimulants. BUT anti-anxiety medication made it easier to be present (goopy as that sounds,) and check-in w/ myself rather than get caught in Anxiety/depression cycles common with ADHD.

@leftoblique I recently got ADHD/Autism double diagnosed. The most helpful thing for me has been mindfulness practices with my therapist to learn how I've been masking for others, and have not been doing what I need to focus/self regulate/rest. I call it my "De-assimilation Campaign" 😂
