@JetBlue cancelled our flight from Worcester on 6/25 after many hours delay and we are told the flight crew timed out & then the next flight from Hartford on 6/27 is delayed & cancelled due to mechanical issues, now I'm being told there is no compensation? #badcustomerservice

I typically ask retailers not to ship with @FedEx but had no control this time. Of course there was no attempt to deliver yesterday at all and then today they decided at 6:45pm to mark that they attempted delivery when they clearly did not. #fedexfail#fedexsucks#fedex#useUPS
