In its capacity as the sole representative of Jeff Satur, Studio On Saturn announces that, following
continued discussions and the protection of the Artist’s rights, the parties have now reached an amicable
settlement.

The settlement includes financial compensation in resolution of past disputes, as well as an agreed framework governing the release of the series and the use of related materials strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the settlement agreement as of May 2, 2026.

Studio On Saturn believes that this resolution reflects respect for the Artist’s rights and is an appropriate outcome for all parties, including the fans who have long awaited this work.

Although the situation caused
concern and discomfort to fans, Studio On Saturn considered it necessary to act seriously in order to protect the Artist’s rights and interests, and is pleased that those efforts have now led to an appropriate
resolution.

Studio On Saturn remains grateful for the support, understanding, and encouragement of the fans.

Statement dated April 17, 2026

Studio On Saturn wishes to clarify our position regarding the series Wooju Bakery/Wuju Bakery(우주빵집).

Our artist participated in the filming of the project in 2023 in the expectation that the relevant arrangements would be properly finalized through the usual process. However, no final written agreement was directly concluded with the artist in relation to the current release, distribution, or promotion of the series, and Studio has not given consent to the present release or promotional use of the series and related materials in the manner now being pursued. This is consistent with Studio’s long-standing position that materials containing the artist’s performance should always be subject to prior review and approval before any release or use.

There was then a prolonged period during which Studio was provided with no clarity regarding the status of the project or its release plan. In that respect, Studio was in much the same position as the fans, having no clear idea what to expect, and was never given an opportunity to review the final cuts of the series. The artist also did not receive any payment for the project, and his team was not informed in advance of the present release and promotional activities.

On 31 March 2026, Studio through its lawyer also made efforts to engage in discussions and negotiations in the hope that the matter could be resolved on a proper basis and with due regard to the artist’s fundamental legal rights. However, to date, no outcome or proposal has been reached that adequately addresses those key concerns.

In light of these circumstances, Studio has taken legal steps in order to protect the artist’s rights and interests and to seek appropriate clarification through the proper legal process.

Studio is not in a position to support the current release or promotion of the series under the present circumstances. The relevant issues are currently being addressed through the appropriate legal channels.

Studio remains grateful for the continued support, understanding, and concern shown by the fans and the public. This statement is made solely to avoid confusion. As the matter is now being addressed through the appropriate process, Studio will not be commenting further at this time.

ปัจจุบัน สตูดิโอและ/หรือศิลปินยังไม่เคยได้รับการติดต่อ บอกกล่าว หรือคำขออนุญาตใด ๆ จากโปรดักชั่นหรือบุคคลภายนอก เกี่ยวกับการนำงาน/ซีรีส์/สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์/การผลิตผลงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศิลปินไปใช้หรือเผยแพร่แต่อย่างใด

การนำ งาน/ซีรีส์/สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์/การผลิตผลงาน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศิลปินไปใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต อาจเข้าข่ายเป็นการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ และ/หรือการละเมิดสิทธิอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้อง และถือเป็นการกระทำที่ต้องห้าม หากมีการฝ่าฝืน ศิลปิน/สตูดิโอขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการดำเนินการตามกฎหมายอย่างถึงที่สุด

Any work/series/promotion/production that has not been officially announced or promoted by our Studio as being associated with our artist in 2026 is not verified by the Studio and should be treated as false.

As of the date of this statement, neither the Studio nor the artist has received any contact, notification, or request for authorization from any production company or third party regarding the use or distribution of any work/series/promotional materials/productions relating to our artist.

Any unauthorized use may constitute copyright infringement and/or other violations of applicable rights and is strictly prohibited. The artist/Studio reserves all rights to pursue all remedies available under applicable law.
