Summary of @snapyai's launch: 8 newsletter mentions✨, landing page: 508% 🔼, sign ups: 492%🔼, jobs created: 400%🔼, activation: 57% 🎉, 99% jobs completed ✅

Absolute breakdown funnel:
- Total People on the landing page: 1.4K Total Users
- Total users on the app: 572
- Sign ups: 421
- Activated: 251
- Paid users: 0

Learning:
- Free Plan is too generous, with no watermark, no need to pay (but will need to have this in place to get feedback early on)
- Aha movement after activation has a delay need to figure out a way to retain interested
- Need to move people to discord to keep the community engaged

I was about to discontinue AI Shorts Generator, but it turns out activation is miles better given it's so easy. I'm going to be instead working on improving it. A new version is already live, it's 10x better.

Still working on the PH bit - there's bugs to fix, so it's delayed. I'll be dropping a note soon!

I spent 14 hours on Sunday to ship version 2 of @snapyai and it is Massive. One of the steepest learning curves I've had to go through ever. Here's a quick overview of what was shipped:

1️⃣ Landing page revamped: Because the old landing page did not communicate value proposition

2️⃣ Auto Editing: This is a huge update for folks who have background noises in their videos / audios (Snapy now dynamically finds the best trimming spot with 0 effort from you)

3️⃣ Credit system: Another massive update (probably the toughest problem I've had to solve) now instead of billing per video, you get billed per minute. So you only pay for how much you edit.

4️⃣ Audio Silence Removal Introduced: A lot of folks creating podcasts converted their mp3 to mp4 so they could trim, they can now directly use their mp3 files.

5️⃣ Job view + Rating system: Jobs are now cleaner with an ability for you to give feedback on the job quality - if you don't like it, we'll re-credit the credits back for you.

All of this is based on your feedback. I'm very grateful that a lot of you tried out the platform. 🙏
