🔴 During the 2nd Karabakh war “president” of the separatists in #Karabakh Arayik Harutyunyan publicly admired that he personally gave the order to fire rockets at the #Azerbaijan second largest city of #Ganja .

It should be noted that during the 44-day war, Ganja city, located hundreds of kilometers from the front, was repeatedly shelled with rockets and heavy artillery on October 4, 5, 8, 11 and 17. As a result of these attacks, 26 civilians, including 10 women and 6 children, were killed, 175 people, including 57 women and 32 children, were injured. In addition, more than 10 multi-apartment buildings and more than 100 facilities were damaged.

Today Arayik Harutyunyan was finally detained by officers of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan. The offender should receive a punishment severe enough to match the seriousness of his crime.

@mrubin1971 Armenia is still a member of the OTCS, namely a military ally of Russia. Armenia sent planes, tanks and volunteers to Russia for the invasion of Ukraine. Azerbaijan sends weapons to Ukraine. But at least Armenia recognizes Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan. You do not.
