@ninweynOG@Cjsavage696969 This generalisation from this guy is based on utter falsehood and seems like a motivated purpose. It's a sheer lie. Zero truth to his fictional story.
What is the difference between type 1 and type 2 diabetes? Can my insulin be lowered on dLife’s diet protocol? Can I reverse my type 2 diabetes?
Find out 👇🏽
PCOS/PMOS can be reversed with dLife’s 20:20:60 diet protocol.
We have so many success stories of women who had given up hope of getting pregnant naturally, who not only got pregnant naturally but also had complication-free pregnancies and healthy babies.
We reverse or we refund.
Acidity and constipation ‼️
If you’re dealing with both… you’re not alone.
And no, it’s usually not because you “need more antacids” or “more fibre.”
Let me say something slightly uncomfortable.
Most people are just… eating all the time.
Tea + toast.
Then fruit.
Then poha.
Then chai + something.
Then dinner + dessert.
Your stomach barely gets a break.
Every carb-heavy meal spikes insulin. When insulin stays high through the day, gastric emptying slows down. Food sits longer. Pressure builds. Acid comes up. That burning feeling? Not random.
There are actual studies showing low-carb diets improve GERD symptoms and reduce acid exposure in the esophagus, especially in people with abdominal fat. Less carb fermentation also means less gas. Less gas = less upward pressure.
Now constipation.
Mainstream dieticians scream fibre. But almost always it’s not a fibre problem.
It’s:
• Too little protein
• Too little good fat
• Constant snacking
• Sluggish metabolic rate
Natural fats like ghee and coconut oil stimulate bile. Fat triggers the gastrocolic reflex. The gut moves. Stool becomes easier to pass.
And when you stop grazing and keep carbs under 100 g/day, insulin comes down, digestion becomes more rhythmic, and bowel movements become more predictable.
At @dlifein when people:
– Eat proper meals
– Keep carbs under 100gm/day
– Cook in ghee or coconut oil
– Stop eating every 2 hours
Acidity settles and constipation is gone.
Once upon a time there was a vulture cladded in a Versace shirt. Sabeer, since 1997 you’ve crash-landed head-first on your long string of vapourware start-ups, had a failed “new Hotmail” called Neo, and then some random crypto BS that you don’t even comprehend yourself.
Now let’s run through some numbers you conveniently ignored:
- 1991 India nominal GDP: $270 billion
- 2025 India nominal GDP: $4.13 trillion
That’s 15× growth in dollar terms, not PPP fairy dust.
- Stock market cap: $200B → $5 trillion (largest wealth creation in Indian history)
- 2013-14 India was the 11th largest global economy by nominal GDP;
- 2025 India stands tall as the 4th largest and the 3rd largest fully digitised world economy ; remains on track to be the 3rd largest in nominal GDP terms by 2028 or thereabouts. Jumped 7 places in mere a decade!
- Per capita income (nominal): $300 → $3,000+. 10× in one generation. And yes, that will go up further.
- Extreme poverty (World Bank $2.15/day): 55% in 1993 → under 10% now in 2025 notwithstanding the population rise!
- Life expectancy: 59 → 71
- Literacy: 52% → 80%
- Electrification: 50% of villages → almost 100%
- Highway network: 20,000 km → 160,000 km
Meanwhile, you couldn’t build a single successful company since 1997 in the easiest American tech market on Earth with infinite capital access, but you’re an expert on why India is “stuck”?
Spare us your American poolside demented and deluded lectures!
I agree 100%. And what we do isn’t extremely low carb. You have to be under 100 g/day carbs. This is easily doable.
There are many caveats that also apply here. We don’t recommend women who are fertile to go keto. We know the importance of thyroid and fertility. We FOLLOW THE SCIENCE. This operation is not some joke just to gain followers of twitter. Real people are healing from very serious health issues through our dietary recommendations. I don’t care if I gain thousands of twitter followers by saying things that sound good. What matters is always sticking to scientific research even if I sound harsh.
High blood pressure reversal story that’s very close to my heart ❤️
My mother in law was on BP medication from the last 8 years. She was taking Met XL 50 mg once a day.
She would religiously avoid eating salt as much as possible because she was told that salt increases your BP.
I transitioned her to a low carb diet which was mostly vegetarian in June.
By the end of July she was completely off of her medication and WITHOUT lowering salt intake.
Now she’s down 5 kgs, no medication and a sense of freedom and confidence that I hadn’t seen before in her.
This is my family member that probably increased her lifespan and avoided getting paralysed by strokes that are so common in uncontrolled BP patients.
You can never convince me that LCHF doesn’t work. It is life saving for people with chronic illness. I’ve seen it happen again and again.

India is home to one of the fastest-growing diabetes epidemics globally. As of 2025, approximately 9 crore adults in India live with diabetes, representing around 10.5% of the adult population making it the country with the second highest number of diabetes cases worldwide. The prevalence is projected to increase dramatically over the next decades, adding immense strain to healthcare systems and economic productivity.
In this Indian context, the widespread consumption of high-carb processed foods often refined grains, sweets, and sugary beverages is a major driver of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. With carb addiction fueling insulin resistance, it becomes increasingly difficult to manage blood sugar levels, leading to growing rates of diabetes complications such as heart disease, neuropathy, and kidney failure.
Addressing India’s diabetes crisis requires urgent public health action focused on dietary education emphasizing reduced intake of carbohydrates, promoting protein rich foods, and increasing physical activity. This is where @dlifein with its proven track record of chronic disease reversal becomes very important.

This is what happens when you lower carbs to under 100 grams as prescribed by @dlifein. We really care about improving our clients’ lives. Our approach is 100% based on real scientific data. Kidney function for a diabetic is of utmost importance. This person just regained it by improving his eGFR from 65 to 99 in under 3 months.

I’m so happy that type one diabetic warriors like @AKoutnik are finally getting the mainstream attention they deserve and that too with @StevenBartlett!
It also pisses me off that at age 12 when I was diagnosed with type one diabetes, I got terrible advice from doctors and dietitians to eat poha, upma, fruits and all the other high carb foods that are STILL prescribed to newly diagnosed type one diabetic children in hospitals all over the country. I spent 20 years after my diagnosis eating such foods which have done a lot of damage to my health. I thank the heavens that I found Dr Bernstein’s book when I did, otherwise I would’ve been in a dialysis ward by now. The whole healthcare system in India needs a rehaul. We don’t deserve this.
Just look around and see how many people are on blood pressure medication? Too many. And it has been normalised so much that hardly anyone thinks of ways to get off of these pills.
I’ve heard my own relatives say that of course after 50 years of age it’s normal to be on a couple of pills. It’s not normal. There are side effects like depression, gout, erectile dysfunction etc that might affect some people due to long term antihypertensive use.
A low carb lifestyle is the most sure shot way of reversing hypertension and stopping pills. My own mother-in-law followed the diet protocol I gave her and stopped the beta-blocker that she was on since 8 years of course with the guidance of a doctor. It’s possible. Please fight for your health.
